Welcome to Cody and the POSM dashboard
Start with your own dashboard account. Your POSM sponsor or administrator approves your access and supplies any separate remote-access setup.
1. Get your account
- POSM employees: choose Request access, use your POSM work email and choose a password. Wait for your administrator to confirm approval. A request alone does not grant access.
- Invited guests: ask your POSM sponsor for an administrator-created account and your assigned username. Other email domains cannot use the employee request form. Receive any temporary password privately.
- Already have an account? Use the assigned username; it may differ from your email address.
2. Sign in and set up your authenticator
- Open Sign in. Enter your dashboard username and password.
- If given a temporary password, choose your own password when prompted and sign in again.
- Follow the authenticator setup screen. Add the POSM Dashboard account to your authenticator app, scan the displayed QR code, and enter the current six-digit code and your dashboard password.
- Store recovery codes privately. Trust a browser only on your own device.
Dashboard sign-in, VPN access and RustDesk access are separate. An account in one does not automatically grant the others.
3. Open the guide
After sign-in, choose Start here / Guide in the top menu. The guide covers your dashboard, department layouts, Cody, email reminders, VPN and RustDesk.
4. Arrange remote-support access separately
POSM employees who need RustDesk should ask their administrator for an individual RustDesk account, the company-configured client and their assigned computers. Use your own RustDesk login when support has completed the setup. Your dashboard password does not automatically work in RustDesk, and the company administrator account and license are not employee sign-in credentials.
After signing in here, open RustDesk setup and employee sign-in instructions →. Use the separately assigned VPN when required.
Need help?
Contact the POSM person who invited you or your company administrator. Send the page name, time and exact error text. Keep passwords, authenticator/recovery codes, VPN profiles and RustDesk session credentials private. If you see a browser certificate warning, stop and contact support.
